Objetivos

The main objective of the “Digital accessibility for the promotion of youth participation – eParticipation” project is to promote accessibility and inclusion skills and abilities in youth workers and educators, for the design, planning, execution and dynamization of youth activities in digital environments that result in greater civic-social participation of youth with disabilities.
The specific goals are as follows:
– SG1: Acknowledge and address the challenges young people with disabilities face when using electronic documents, gain awareness and experience
– SG2: Gain a better understanding of accessibility as a civil rights issue and develop the required knowledge and skills to design learning resources and youth activities that promote inclusive learning environments.
– SG3: Become aware of the way youth workers not only should remove barriers but avoid creating them in the first place.
– SG4: Become independent in the production of accessible content and the identification of accessibility problems.
– SG5: Acquire competences for the dynamization of youth activities in inclusive digital environments.
